The pace is accelerating.
But is the team keeping up?
Companies are investing more in AI, technology, and development. According to the BCG AI Radar, expected AI spending is set to rise from approximately 0.6% of revenue in 2024 to about 1.7% by 2026—nearly tripling in two years.¹
However, investment alone does not create maturity. While 74% of companies expect revenue growth from AI, only 20% are currently realizing it (Deloitte).² At the same time, 65% of AI users fear falling behind if they don't adopt AI quickly. Yet, 45% believe it is safer to stick to existing goals rather than redesign their work (Microsoft).³
This is exactly where the AI maturity gap becomes visible: the pace of technology is accelerating faster than processes, leadership, and collaboration can adapt. How do we turn rising investments into new ways of working and AI usage into genuine change?
We will discuss how CMOs can translate technology and investment into organizational maturity through clear leadership, adapted processes, and true co-creation between humans and AI.
